I used te cute Bubbly Digital Stamp from Craftin Desert Divas.
I colored my iage with colored pencils. The card is a simple card made with black glitter paper. I stamped the sentiment using This & That Sentiment Stamp Set on a banner going across my card.. I added some cute Couture Sequins.
