Delightful Wednesday

Hello everyone!   It is Delightful Wednesday and time for some inspiration using the theme Blue And White.  

I used the fabulous

                          Snowflake Sweeney

I colored my image with Prismacolor Pencils.  I added some seuins to add some sparkle to my card.
