I used the beautiful Sassy From Mexico.  I colored her with colored pencils.  The pintas are stickers that I found.  Let's face it it is hot in Mexico.  That is why they have such good cold drinks.  Here is my card.  Hope you enjoy the hop.  Also we will be having a Chat tonight at 10pm. eastern over at Sassy Studio Designs.
